C & C Landfall 38

I am in the middle of purchasing the Landfall 38 and was wondering if anybody has any comments about the boat. It was just surveyed yesterday so I haven''t read the surveyors report yet..but from all indications she is above average in appearance and condition. She is a 1980 and was advertised by C&C as being a performance cruiser. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

C & C Landfall 38

I have owned a Landfall 38 since 1979 (hull #8) and love it. It is a good performance cruiser. I have made many modifications over the years. I have not found another boat that I would rather have considering the prices of boats today.
